Lately, I’ve been focusing on getting back into the “groove” of working out and eating healthier so today I wanted to share some of my health and fitness favorites that I use or eat weekly.
Whey Protein: This is my go-to protein. It’s affordable and tastes delicious. I usually put one scoop of this into my protein shakes everyday.
Ankle/Wrist Weights: These come in handy when I don’t have time to go to the gym and still want a little weight on some exercises at home.
Yoga Mat: I use this to lay on when I do ab workouts at home or just want to stretch.
Resistance Bands: Probably one of my best purchases. My favorite muscle group to workout are my glutes…and these help target so much. I think everyone should have these in their gym bag.
PB Fit: I recently started using this and love it. So good in smoothies or shakes for a delicious protein boost.
ThinkThin Protein Bars: I’m always on the hunt for good protein bars and I’m currently obsessed with these.
Foam Roller: Great for releasing muscle tightness. It’s like a deep tissue massage. (ok, maybe not that good…but it’s good)
Blender Bottle: This bottle comes in handy when I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to get to my blender at home. Water..protein powder…shake it…and I’m good to go!
Sudio Headphones: I received these as a collaboration gift and use them all the time. I’m all about headphones that won’t get in my way during my workout.
Personal Blender: Although, you can’t mix a lot in them..I love personal blenders because they blend easy, less to clean up, and you can take it straight off the blender…pop the lid on..and you’re good to go.
